**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers
- Make out bond calls for the promotion purpose
- Responsible for taking or cancelling orders, and obtaining details of customer complaints
- Keep updated records and files

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Customer service orientation

**Note**:

- Both Freshers & Experience can apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
