Job Description:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our client dynamic team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and contributing to our overall sales growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring a smooth transition for further sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and identifying ideal customer profiles.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Provide concise lead information to senior sales executives for further engagement.
- Follow up with prospects to address queries or gather additional information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively position the offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build relationships and engage with prospects.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, though not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn.
