About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor with 1+ year of experience in alloy aluminium manufacturing. The ideal candidate will assist in managing production operations, ensure quality standards, and support the team in meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities in alloy aluminium manufacturing (melting, casting, extrusion, rolling, finishing).
- Assist in maintaining quality standards for alloy composition, surface finish, and mechanical properties.
- Support a team of operators and technicians to ensure timely production output.
- Monitor equipment operation and assist in troubleshooting minor issues.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and material usage logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Provide guidance and support team members for skill development and process adherence.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of alloy aluminium production processes.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment in aluminium production.
- Ability to supervise, coordinate, and support a small production team.
- Focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in aluminium/alloy manufacturing or related production role.
