**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **daily production activities** in alloy aluminium manufacturing (melting, casting, extrusion, rolling, finishing).
- Assist in maintaining **quality standards** for alloy composition, surface finish, and mechanical properties.
- Support a team of operators and technicians to ensure **timely production output**.
- Monitor **equipment operation** and assist in troubleshooting minor issues.
- Maintain **production records, shift reports, and material usage logs**.
- Ensure adherence to **safety protocols and workplace regulations**.
- Provide guidance and **support team members** for skill development and process adherence.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic knowledge of **alloy aluminium production processes**.
- Hands-on experience with **manufacturing equipment** in aluminium production.
- Ability to **supervise, coordinate, and support a small production team**.
- Focus on **quality, safety, and efficiency**.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in aluminium/alloy manufacturing or related production role.
