NRC Group is a 35 year old ASME U stamp Certified, Sheet Metal fabrication Company, Looking for production Supervisors those who have relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication such as, Storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat ex-changers, processing tanks and other related sheet metal fabrications.
- Lead and supervise day-to-day sheet metal production activities across various processes such as laser cutting,punching, bending, welding, and surface finishing.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop efficient fabrication workflows.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Support and drive 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to machinery, processes, or materials and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, maintenance, and procurement to align production goals.
- Monitor equipment and production lines, ensuring optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control protocols, and compliance with ISO and other industry certifications.
- Train and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and machine operators.
- Assist in tooling design and selection for efficient sheet metal processing.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques (laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, assembly).
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP/MRP systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing standards and tolerances for sheet metal.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, press brakes, welding equipment, and finishing tools.
- Exposure to working with materials like stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, go get approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
