**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Production Supervisor** to join our team and oversee the production lines in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead the production team to ensure high efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery. With strong leadership abilities, a focus on process improvement, and a commitment to safety, you will make a direct impact on our manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production workers to meet production targets and maintain high morale.
- Monitor product quality, implement quality control procedures, and address any production issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
- Optimize production processes to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, maintenance, and logistics) to ensure the timely availability of resources.
- Train new employees and assist in skill development for existing team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a production supervisory role or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
