Fireball Technologies is an E-commerce based company and for one of our Furniture Manufacturing Unit we are looking for a Senior Production Supervisor
**Roles and responsibilities**
- To make a production plan as per target and schedules
- To manage and coordinate for Manpower planning and Production planning
- To prepare day wise, weekly and monthly wise production plan report and to track production statistics
- Coordinate with Purchase department on fulfilment of raw material requirement
- Mandatory to do time-loss analysis and Optimum Machine Utilization planning
- Proper planning and execution of all the production process
- Act as a positive liaison between employees and management
- To make a periodical time study, method study and implementation
- Required Corrective action plan for not attain target
- Ensure output meets quality standard
**Skills Requirements**
- Min 4 to 8 years of Manufacturing experience
- Furniture field experience are added advantage
- Strong Leadership and Problem-solving skills
- Troubleshooting large-scale machinery
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
