About the Role

Were looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to own HUFT's marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and retail engagement. This is a senior leadership role that will steer HUFT's narrative, drive customer engagement across channels, and deliver bold, insight-led campaigns. You will bring together brand building, retail activations, visual merchandising, customer insights, and partnerships into one cohesive growth engine—delivering impact nationally and hyper-locally.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Strategy & Planning: Define and own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment between brand, retail, digital, and business priorities.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage the marketing budget across verticals, track ROI, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
  • Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising: Lead in-store marketing and VM strategy to drive footfall, conversion, and brand-right experiences.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and drive high-impact brand collaborations, co-branded campaigns, and influencer activations.
  • Data & Insights: Build a customer insights framework; analyse data to shape campaigns and drive targeted engagement.
  • Campaign Leadership: Own end-to-end development and execution of national campaigns, launches, and key activations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, e-commerce, design, and retail ops to deliver unified brand experiences.
  • Innovation & Trendspotting: Stay ahead of consumer and industry trends to bring fresh ideas and tools into HUFT marketing.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in retail marketing, digital, and partnerships.
  • Proven success in budget management, data-led strategy, and brand building.
  • Excellent leadership, creative thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with national visibility.
