Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team at Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist managers in implementing improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 36 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is an advantage.
