We are seeking experienced sales professionals in the medical diagnostics field to join our growing team as Area Sales Managers . If you have a proven track record of driving sales, managing key accounts, and growing distributor relationships, we want to hear from you This role will focus on expanding market presence and meeting sales targets across major cities in India.

Responsibilities:
Key Account Management (KAM): Engage with all stakeholders in key Accounts to build strong relationships. Regularly profile accounts to identify new opportunities, address issues, and capture the maximum share of the Total Addressable Potential (TAP) , driving overall growth.
Distributor Management: Acquire new distribution channels while developing existing distributors, increasing Distributor commitment levels. Conduct product training for distributor teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure the seamless execution of distribution and sales policies.
Lead Generation & Sales: Generate, nurture, and close leads for diagnostic instruments, increasing sales and expanding market presence.
Cross-Selling: Promote the full product range to maximize the company’s share in each customer and distributor relationship.
Payment Collection & Credit Risk Management: Ensure timely payments from customers and distributors, while managing credit risks effectively.
Market Penetration: Focus on expanding into new regions while strengthening relationships and maximizing opportunities in existing accounts.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, contributing to overall company growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 4-10 years of field sales experience specifically in medical diagnostics reagents and/or instruments. (Candidates with less experience can apply for the Specialist - Diagnostic Sales position.)
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record in key account and distributor management.
Self-motivated and number-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/territories.
Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
