Assistant Manager Quick Commerce

ROLE : E-COMMERCE BUSINESS(SALES)

DEPARTMENT : E-COMMERCE VERTICAL

LEVEL : ASST MANAGER TO MANAGER

TEAM SIZE : 01 OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS : SCM, FINANCE, OPERATIONS, SUPPORT, MARKETING & CATEGORY TEAM

EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS : SUPPLY CHAIN, CATEGORY, FINANCE & MARKETING TEAM CUSTOMERS HANDLING : QUICK COMMERCE SWIGGY, BIG BASKET, ZEPTO & FK MINUTES H.Q. LOCATION : BANGALORE

REPORTING MANAGER : VERTICAL HEAD

ASSESSMENT MATRIX : 1- VERTICAL HEAD 2-BUSINESS HEAD & MANAGEMENT IF VL SHORTLIST

OFFER CTC BRACKET : UNDER 15 LACS

ROLE OVERVIEW

WERE SEEKING A RESULTS-DRIVEN ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST TO MANAGE AND GROW OUR ONLINE SALES CHANNELS. THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO THRIVES IN A FAST-PACED DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT, UNDERSTANDS CONSUMER BEHAVIOR, AND CAN TRANSLATE DATA INTO ACTIONABLE STRATEGIES

THIS POSITION WILL BE PART OF THE E-COMMERCE SALES TEAM, AND EMPLOYEE WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR SCALING AND ACHIEVING THE QUICK COMMERCE BUSINESS TARGETS. THIS IS LARGELY AN INDEPENDENT ROLE AND THE OPERATION TEAM MEMBER WILL REPORT TO THIS POSITION BUT THERE WILL BE SEVERAL INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKE HOLDERS WHO WILL BE THE DAY-TO-DAY TOUCH POINTS. ALL 6 DAYS WORKING AND SITTING WILL BE AT BANGALORE REGIONAL CUM RETAIL SHOWROOM.

SOMEONE WHO IS DYNAMIC AND CAN COPE UP THE HIGH PACED BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT WILL BE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, OR RELATED FIELD
  • 5+ YEARS OF COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE IN QUICK ECOMMERCE
  • PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL, GOOGLE ANALYTICS, AND ECOMMERCE PLATFORMS (PLATFORMS LIKE BLINKIT, SWIGGY, ZEPTO, FK MINUTES, AND BIG BASKET)
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING AND SELF-EXECUTION EXPERTISE OF DIFFERENT MARKETING ASPECTS, TOOLS, AND METHODS ON THE PLATFORMS. WHO CAN PLAN, EXECUTE, REVIEW, AND IMPROVISE THE OVERALL ADDS STRATEGIES?
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, AND USING THE DATA FOR DECISION-MAKING.
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY AMONG THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • EXPERIENCE IN OTHER MARKETPLACES WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
  • EXPERTISE IN POWER BI, ADVANCE EXCEL, SQL, ANY ERP, AND SAP.
  • FLUENCY IN ENGLISH COMMINICATION ORAL & WRITTEN.
