This role requires a sharp operator who understands the speed and nuances of Q-Com: rapid demand shifts, hyper-local supply dynamics, and real-time pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Q-Com channel P&L – achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets across platforms.Manage listings, assortment, pricing, and promotions tailored for Q-Com platforms.Monitor daily performance dashboards – availability, visibility, pricing parity, and conversions.Partner with platforms to execute visibility campaigns, banners, and promotions.Drive on-shelf availability by working closely with supply chain & distributors.Track competitor activities – pricing, assortment, and visibility – and recommend counter-strategies.Lead festive season planning and flash sale activations to maximize brand presence.Generate weekly/monthly business reviews with insights and action plans.Requirements2+ years of experience in Quick Commerce account management, operations, or FMCG e-commerce roles.Hands-on exposure to Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / Amazon Fresh dashboards.Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience managing promotions, visibility spends, and assortment planning.Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work across supply, marketing, and platform teams.Fast learner with the agility to adapt to the ever-changing Q-Com landscape.Application Form -- https://forms.gle/mm37hEd7ZW6ZKSX36
