About the Role

We’re hiring a Q-Com Manager to drive growth, visibility, and availability across leading quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Amazon Fresh. This role requires a sharp operator who understands the speed and nuances of Q-Com: rapid demand shifts, hyper-local supply dynamics, and real-time pricing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own Q-Com channel P&L – achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets across platforms.
  • Manage listings, assortment, pricing, and promotions tailored for Q-Com platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance dashboards – availability, visibility, pricing parity, and conversions.
  • Partner with platforms to execute visibility campaigns, banners, and promotions.
  • Drive on-shelf availability by working closely with supply chain & distributors.
  • Track competitor activities – pricing, assortment, and visibility – and recommend counter-strategies.
  • Lead festive season planning and flash sale activations to maximize brand presence.
  • Generate weekly/monthly business reviews with insights and action plans.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Quick Commerce account management, operations, or FMCG e-commerce roles.
  • Hands-on exposure to Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / Amazon Fresh dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing promotions, visibility spends, and assortment planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work across supply, marketing, and platform teams.
  • Fast learner with the agility to adapt to the ever-changing Q-Com landscape.
