Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quick Commerce Lead, based in Bengaluru. The Quick Commerce Lead will manage and oversee the daily operations of the quick commerce segment, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service. Tasks include coordinating with various teams to optimize supply chain, analyzing sales data to strategize and implement improvements, and maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders. The role involves monitoring market trends to keep up with competitive dynamics and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Commerce and Sales
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
- Proficient in Communication for effective coordination
- Customer Service experience to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in the dairy or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
