Description :


We are seeking a skilled ITSM Architect with expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules to join our team. As an ITSM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT service management (ITSM) solutions with a focus on ITAM modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with industry best practices.


Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into ITSM solutions with a specific focus on ITAM modules.


- Design and develop ITSM solutions using industry best practices, considering scalability, extensibility, and security.


- Configure, customize, and extend ITSM platforms to meet specific business needs.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITSM solutions with other IT systems, such as configuration management databases (CMDBs) and discovery tools.


- Define and maintain the ITSM data model, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.


- Develop and maintain ITSM process workflows, including incident management, change management, problem management, and asset management.


- Provide technical guidance and support to junior ITSM analysts and administrators.


- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ITSM and ITAM modules, and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization.


- Monitor and troubleshoot ITSM solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.


- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure ITSM solutions are compliant with security policies and standards.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


- Proven experience as an ITSM Architect, with expertise in ITAM modules.


- In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks, such as ITIL.


- Strong understanding of ITAM principles and best practices.


- Proficient in implementing and configuring ITSM solutions, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell.


- Experience in ITSM process design and workflow development.


- Familiarity with ITSM integration techniques, including RESTful APIs and web services.


- Solid understanding of database systems and data modeling.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, are highly desired.


- Prior experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.


- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
