- Must have experience in working with Artificial intelligence.

- Should also handle developer role.

- Should handle the implementation and deployment of the project.

- Provide domain, architecture, and technical aspects of their projects to the client.

- Offer strategic recommendations regarding technical best practices and industry trends to clients.

- Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement technical solutions.

- Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to developers based on the requirements.

- Prepare flows/workflows for overall solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

- Possess end-to-end knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

- Interface with clients and customer's technical teams as needed.

- Guide junior team members when required.

- Develop system documentation, including process flows and design documents.

- Define the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee their successful deployment.

- Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them.

- Propose integration with other tools whenever possible.

- Develop Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents.

- Manage upgrade cycles and implement new release functionalities to help business users.

- Monitor instance performance and propose improvements to enhance end-user experience.
