Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ITOM, including CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management, as well as knowledge of Flow Designer. Experience with ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem), CSM, and ITBM is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer to streamline IT operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, and Problem.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and end-users.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ServiceNow development.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities in ServiceNow ITOM.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation and configuration.
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
  • Experience with Flow Designer and other ServiceNow development tools.
  • Knowledge of ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, and Problem.
  • ServiceNow mainline certificate(s) required.
  • Experience with CSM and ITBM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
