As we expand our commercial operations, we are building a high-performance team to drive strategic advertising partnerships and aggressive revenue growth.Job Title: Senior Executive – Ad Sales Department: Sales Location: Noida Organization: Republic Media NetworkKey Responsibilities:Drive advertising sales across assigned categories and regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients. Identify new business opportunities and pitch relevant advertising solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closures. Coordinate with the revenue strategy, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution. Track performance of campaigns and share timely reports with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Required Experience & Skills:5–6 years of experience in Ad Sales with strong exposure to Corporate + Retail clients. Mandatory:Background in TV Ad Sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timelines.
