Job Title: Senior Executive (On-Site Inspection)Experience Required: 5+ YearsLocation: MumbaiPreferred Industry: Broking, Capital MarketJob Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Executive (On-Site Inspection), you will play a key role in driving business operations and ensuring seamless execution of inspections. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:- Send Inspection Intimations: Ensure Letters of Intimation are sent to members for Regular and Special Purpose Inspections as per the annual schedule. - Coordinate Inspections: Schedule inspections with members and ensure timely submission of inspection data and PIQ (Pre-Inspection Questionnaire). - Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze inspection-related data from departments and members to ensure compliance. - Conduct Inspections: Visit member locations per schedule, following the inspection checklist and scope, and ensure timely completion. - Report Drafting: Prepare inspection reports, resolve queries from the post-inspection team, and send draft reports for senior management review. - Special Purpose Inspections: Perform inspections as mandated by SEBI or other departments. - MIS & Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and maintain Inspection MIS and provide required data to SEBI and other authorities. - Resolve Member Queries: Address member questions regarding inspection circulars and reports via email or meetings.Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Proven track record in driving business outcomes. - Preferably from the Broking or Capital Market industry.Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV to:cv.hr@evokehr.com
