Job Overview We are seeking a Junior PPC Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pay-per-click advertising and possess the ability to create and manage effective campaigns across multiple platforms. Join us to utilize your skills in promoting brand awareness and achieving marketing objectives. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Google Ads (Mandatory skill) with the capability to plan and execute targeted campaigns and manage budgets effectively. Experience in Facebook Ads Manager (Mandatory skill) for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across the platform. Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Mandatory skill) to diversify advertising strategies and reach wider audiences. Strong ability to use keyword research tools to discover new keyword opportunities and enhance campaign targeting. Understanding of conversion rate optimization to improve the performance of online advertisements and maximize return on investment. Proficient in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website traffic, and deriving insights that inform advertising strategies. Experience with A/B testing methodologies to identify the most effective advertising messages and creative elements. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, enabling comprehensive analysis of advertising data and reporting on campaign performance. Roles and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing goals. Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to ensure optimal targeting and campaign success. Monitor campaign performance closely and make necessary adjustments to improve results, ensuring alignment with objectives. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to assess campaign performance and generate detailed reports for stakeholders. Perform ongoing analysis and A/B testing to refine ad strategies and enhance conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing to keep ahead in the industry.
