Role Overview:

We are looking for a PPC Specialist with expertise in Meta ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and other advertising platforms. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve exceptional ROI. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Saltlake Sector 5, Kolkata office, offering long-term growth opportunities within our expanding company.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
  • Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve campaigns based on data analysis to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • PPC Management: Manage PPC campaigns, display ads, and retargeting across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze UI/UX and suggest improvements to increase conversions and sales.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in paid advertising across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, and other data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for advanced data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they complement PPC campaigns.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proven ability to improve campaign performance and increase ROAS.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on conversion rates.
  • Proven experience in boosting sales and lead generation through paid ads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
