Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and others.
Oversee end-to-end development processes, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
Drive platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Implement and maintain complex workflows, integrations, and automations within ServiceNow.
Stay up to date with ServiceNow features and innovations to optimize platform performance and functionality.
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC.
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor development teams.
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development best practices, and system administration.
Proficient in scripting (JavaScript) and developing custom workflows, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
Experience with third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.) are highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of working effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
