About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at FIRSTMERIDIAN GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and debugging processes for our ServiceNow implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development team through the design and development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and shape business requirements, translating them into actionable technical requirements for the development team.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure the team adheres to coding best practices and standards.

- Develop and maintain technical specifications for future application features or infrastructural systems.

- Perform advanced configurations, including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports, etc.

- Drive process improvements and ensure process adherence for the development team.

- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks fulfillment in ServiceNow.

- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.

- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, project management, or management information systems, or equivalent work experience acceptable.

- ITIL Foundations V3 certification desired.

- ServiceNow Administrator Certification.

- Certified ServiceNow Developer Certification desired.

- 5-7+ years working in ServiceNow Environment.

- 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

- 3+ years' experience developing in PHP, Java, Python, Ruby, .Net, or Perl.

- Scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly) and Rest API experience preferred.

- 3 years of experience working in a similarly complex technical organization.

- Experience utilizing Agile/SCRUM Methodologies.

- Understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
