Job Description:   

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR at Avatar Studios, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up sales meetings for our account executives. Your focus will be on both inbound and outbound activities, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to inbound leads and 20% to outbound prospecting. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct inbound lead qualification and follow-up activities to engage with prospects who have shown interest in Avatar Studios' services. 
  • Proactively reach out to inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and qualify them as potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns, content, and messaging to attract and convert inbound leads. 
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify potential clients in target industries and initiate conversations to generate new business opportunities. 
  • Educate prospects about Avatar Studios' services, value proposition, and solutions to identify sales opportunities and qualify leads. 
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and presentations for account executives with qualified leads from both inbound and outbound channels. 
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and interactions in CRM systems to track progress and report on sales metrics. 
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making. 
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, provide relevant content, and drive engagement with prospects. 
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms for outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential clients. 

Requirements:  

  • Proven experience (2 to 3 years) as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role in a B2B sales environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. 
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools for lead management and reporting. 
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) for creating and executing campaigns. 
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques to connect with prospects and drive conversations. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred.
