Role - HR Lead
We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Lead who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role requires someone who can build trusted relationships across the organization, drive a high-performance culture, and ensure that hiring and retaining top talent remain a core focus. The HR Lead will own the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and compliance — while shaping policies that strengthen culture and enable growth.
Role Description
- Act as the strategic HR partner to leadership, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition to ensure timely hiring of the right talent across functions.
- Build a strong retention strategy through engagement, career development, recognition, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management processes that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent cost optimization, and organizational design.
- Own HR operations and compliance — contracts, policies, labor law adherence, and audits.
- Champion initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience, and employer branding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving issues with empathy and fairness.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee retention, and engagement.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in designing people policies and culture initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–10 years
