Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Manager to manage HR across our Corporate Office (Mumbai) and Plant (Vapi). The role demands strong expertise in Payroll, Compliance, Industrial Relations (IR), and Strategic HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity), HRMS, and audits.
  • Drive strategic HR policies, frameworks, and organizational development.
  • Lead talent acquisition, training, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee engagement, retention programs, and workplace culture.
  • Handle Industrial Relations, grievance management, and union coordination at the plant.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in Payroll, Compliance, IR, and Strategic HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and IR practices.
  • Leadership with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance corporate and plant HR responsibilities.

Salary: 10–12 LPA
Urgent Mumbai-based requirement – Immediate joiners preferred.
