Job Title: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Business Partner)

Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months based on performance)

Location: Dwarka, Sector 19

Job Summary:

We're seeking an extroverted and motivated HR Intern to assist our People and Talent Partner in talent acquisition and business partner tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:

  2. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

  3. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

  4. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, or other talent acquisition initiatives

  5. Business Partner Tasks:

  6. Support the People and Talent Partner in various HR initiatives and projects

  7. Provide administrative assistance with HR-related tasks and projects

  8. Develop relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders

  9. Additional Tasks:

  10. Maintain accurate records and databases related to talent acquisition

  11. Assist in implementing HR processes and systems

  12. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Extroverted personality with a passion for working with people

  4. Basic understanding of job portals and HRMS (an added advantage)

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  6. Willingness to work 6 days a week
