Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Intern located in Gurgaon. The Recruitment Intern will assist in hiring processes, conduct interviews, and support recruitment activities. Daily tasks include posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Must Have strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Must have the will power to learn, implement & succeed
  • Must be a quick learner, and should be able to "Get Things Done"
  • Must Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
