Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle and develop strong insights into the HR industry.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct basic market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Support employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
