**Position Summary -**

**Responsibilities -**
- Working with HR Recruitment team to develop and implement best in class initiatives for recruiting A+ talent
- Develop and fosterstrong relationships with appropriate Universities, Colleges and Community Colleges
- Understand and actively connect with APEX competitors’ employees.
- Perform applicant tracking and on-boarding system tasks for exempt positions and new hires
- Draft offer confirmation letters for review and approval

**Required Skills -**
- MBA in HR or equivalent degree.
- 5+ yrs experience in end to end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
