Job Title: Mainframe developer Location: Chennai Experience: 3–6 Years (STRICTLY) Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Description The Expertise We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic/practical experience. • 3-6 years of IT industry experience with Mainframe development experience • Good understanding of the financial services industry. You must possess strong background on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities. • Analysis of complex mainframe programs is a must skill. • You must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment. • You should have worked in Mainframe application development. • You should be able to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management. • You should have experience of working in an agile environment • Ability to understand the requirements and come up with end-to-end optimal solution • Should possess strong analytical skills to review the production problems reported • Able to do unit testing
