- Responsibilities -
1) Handle customer queries and maintain accurate records.
2) Manage inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer concerns.
3) Coordinate and track new product introductions, quotations, attendance and ensuring proper record-keeping.
4) Support front office and administrative tasks.
5) Assist in general office administration and coordination task as required.
6) Support daily communication activities.
- Requirements -
1) 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist/Front Office/Customer Service.
2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
4) Must have prior calling experience.
- NOTE -
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
