Recently, Dun & Bradstreet India acknowledged our mission and conferred us with the Dun & Bradstreet Start-up 50 Trailblazer 2023 award.Key Responsibilities:1) Product Development: - Lead the creation and enhancement of wellness products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our company’s vision. - Collaborate with healthcare partners to design and implement new wellness offerings.- Partner Management: - Compare and analyse pricing offers from various healthcare partners to ensure competitive and value-driven products. - Negotiate terms and manage relationships with healthcare providers to maintain a high standard of service delivery. 2) Business Development: - Accompany the business team to meetings with potential B2B customers, providing medical expertise to help close wellness business deals. - Present wellness products and solutions to clients, addressing any clinical or technical queries they may have. 3) Market Analysis: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging healthcare innovations to ensure Onsurity remains a market leader. - Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and identify new business opportunities.Qualifications and Experience:- MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognised institution.- Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in a business or product development role within the healthcare industry.- Strong understanding of wellness products and services, including teleconsultations, OPD, diagnostics, and health check-ups.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both healthcare professionals and business clients.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Experience in pricing analysis and partner management is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
