Job DescriptionJij bent als Customer Success Manager bij Social Brothers het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die een afgerond project hebben. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle binnenkomende vragen van onze klanten behandeld worden en met een team van Developers, Marketeers en Designers los jij alle vragen op de juiste manier op.

Met jouw kennis kun jij een aantal van deze vragen direct beantwoorden, zodat je de kant zo snel mogelijk verder kan helpen. Maar gelukkig heb jij specialisten die je kan vragen om te helpen als jij er zelf niet meer uit komt. Het contact met de klant blijft hierin wel via jou lopen.

Wie zoeken wij?Zoals hierboven al genoemd, zoeken wij iemand die energie krijgt van het helpen van klanten en verder heb je:een afgeronde HBO opleiding of hoger;

minimaal één jaar ervaring in een servicegerichte rol;

ervaring met IT is een pre;

een fulltime beschikbaarheid;

een coördinerende rol, waar enige ervaring of affiniteit in vereist is;

een gestructureerde en nette werkstijl;

een klantgerichte en klantvriendelijke houding;

vooral erg veel zin om samen met ons het beste resultaat voor onze klanten neer te zetten

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?Wij bieden jou:

een salaris tussen de € 2.500,- en € 3.500,- bruto per maand, gebaseerd op jouw kennis en werkervaring;

reiskostenvergoeding op basis van € 0,23 per kilometer;

de kans om te sparren tijdens 1 op 1 coachingsgesprekken;
