Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.

QualificationsProven track record in business development and salesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareKnowledge of the stone industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
