Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive HR professional to support key HR functions, focusing on offshore performance management as well as onshore documentation, onboarding and orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct reviews, and set KPIs with department heads.
- Identify training needs, design learning programs, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, promote a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws & policies.
- Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports, and provide guidance on HR policies & procedures.
- Support onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
- Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
