Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a proficient manager in web and mobility systems with hands on experience of building, supporting, managing web portals and mobile apps. Should have a proven history of business front-ending and engagement. Will be responsible for full design and delivery of mobility and web programs and projects, therefore, a sound understanding of front-end plus relevant backend technologies is necessary.The position requires the Project Manger to act as Single Point Accountability for the delivery of the project to business, assuring quality and timeliness. The position also requires,• Ownership of architectural decisions of system changes and enhancements to enterprise systems• To jointly own the key attributes of enterprise systems – performance, scalability, flexibility,security and cost of ownership, along with the Infrastructure team• To create and maintain technology roadmap for organization• To provide directional input to CIO on project execution, governance, risks & mitigation strategiesKey Attributes in the candidate• Core expertise in the specific area of Technology - should be tech hands on for a good part of the career• Deep understanding of long term technology requirements of a particular business process• Excellent Leadership Skills and excellent articulation and communication (No tolerance here)• Customer centric thought process and innovative mindset

• Defining and Driving the philosophy of web and mobility architecture at a high level and build multi-year roadmap on the innovation and evolution of the same in relation to the upcoming trends and advent of new technologies.• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with backend technologies• Leading the end-to-end architectures and delivery for multiple projects at a time• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules across projects – drive the same with vendors, partners etc.• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges and be ready to do deep dive and solve such issues at short notice at times.• Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)Skills required:• Project management methodology expert in Waterfall and Agile• Provent leadership in Project Governance and risk & mitigation strategies to meet business deliveries• Very good people skill and must have worked in a multi vendor scenario• Strong knowledge of open source web frameworks ranging from Django/Py, Spring/Java, Angular/Javascript, Codeigniter/Laravel/PHP etc.• Strong knowledge of server end scripts like Python-Django, Ruby on Rails, .Net Core, , Java etc.• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, RDBMS - like postgres and mysql is a must.• Proficient understanding of code management & versioning tools, such as Github, and automation tools like Travis_CI
