HR Generalist Job Description (Immediate Joiner)We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join our team at Cosmofeed. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations. This role is crucial in helping us maintain a high-performance culture as we continue to grow and support digital entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:○ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.○ Conduct engaging orientation sessions and support new hires in their initial integration into the company.

Employee Relations:○ Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.○ Resolve employee issues and conflicts effectively while promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Compliance and Administration:○ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.○ Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Benefits and Compensation:○ Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.○ Address employee benefits inquiries and provide guidance on benefits enrollment and changes.

Performance Management:○ Support performance review processes and assist in managing performance improvement plans.○ Collaborate on employee development initiatives and career progression strategies.
