We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at HRhelpdesk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, coordinating, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage HR operations, including employee database management, HR automation, and tracking employee discipline and adherence to policies.
- Provide HR services to ensure the delivery of set objectives and the renewal of contracts.
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or PGDBM in Human Resources.
- Experience: 3-9 years of corporate HR experience in the services sector as a HR Generalist.
- Exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, HR operations, and administration.
- Working hours and days: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with no hybrid or work-from-home option available. Additional hours and work on Saturdays may be required occasionally.
- What we are looking for: exposure to HR competencies, knowledge of HR principles and processes, awareness of HRhelpdesk as an organization, and the ability to demonstrate objective delivery.
