Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to support our HR department in the development and execution of HR strategy, policies, and objectives at Technic Construction - India.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all HR procedures, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee data management.
- Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
- Conduct monthly payroll reviews, statistics, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide information to employees regarding benefits, insurance, and retirement plans, ensuring they understand their entitlements.
- Manage all employee data in the HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Update employee records, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and evaluate onboarding plans to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide support for employee administration and processing issues, resolving queries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in the development and management of HR programs, including training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Minimum of X years of HR experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Experience with HR Information Systems, including data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, with the ability to manage and track candidate applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, management, and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of X years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, experience with HR Information Systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
