About Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Sr. Associate to own and scale paid marketing initiatives while directly influencing core business metrics such as Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins. This role blends execution, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration with our category, content, creative, and product teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Growth

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Execute end-to-end campaign management — from strategy to delivery — ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Scale campaigns efficiently while optimizing key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CM).

Performance Optimization & Analysis

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Run experiments (A/B testing, audience testing, creatives) to drive performance improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with category managers, product, content, and creative teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Share insights and learnings across teams to enable holistic growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • 2+ yrs of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in scaling campaigns while balancing efficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
