This strategic role involves leading partner bank relationships, driving Paytm's EDC Sales and ensuring business growth. Key Responsibilities: Banking & Strategic Partnerships Own and grow strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.Establish Paytm as the preferred technology and solution partner for banking channels (POS, EMI, Soundbox, QR)Lead end-to-end onboarding, align business objectives, and execute joint growth initiatives.Business Development & Revenue Expansion Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire mid-market and enterprise clients through partner banks.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targeted revenue goals.Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion and product penetration.Training & Enablement Conduct ongoing product and process training for partner bank sales teams and banking partners during complex enterprise deal as an escalation point for key issues, ensuring quick resolution within defined timelines.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of financial internal alignment across departments to support banking partner success and customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in banking alliances, financial partnerships, or B2B fintech knowledge of digital banking products such as POS solutions, Soundbox, QR Codes and EMI experience in managing and scaling high-performance sales and partnership relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
