We are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic leaders to join our mission. Position Overview We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) who will be responsible for creating and managing a sales team, driving hostel partnerships, achieving booking targets, and executing marketing strategies in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Team Building & Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/field officers. Sales & Business Development – Onboard hostels to the LOOH platform and promote student bookings. Target Achievement – Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company. Marketing Execution – Run offline and online marketing campaigns to increase visibility and bookings. Market Expansion – Explore new opportunities, partnerships, and local tie-ups for growth. Reporting & MIS – Prepare and share sales reports, performance data, and achievement records with management. Eligibility Criteria Graduate / MBA (preferred). 2–5 years of sales & team handling experience (hospitality, real estate, insurance, or edtech preferred). Strong leadership & entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to achieve targets under deadlines. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (depending on experience & location).
