Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in South Delhi. The Client Servicing Manager will manage client relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee all aspects of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing client needs, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the marketing or communications industry is a plus
