We focus on creating yummy, healthy dishes that satisfy both body and mind—without feeling like a "health spot." Our menu celebrates wholesome, fresh ingredients with a dash of creativity, making brunch a memorable experience for every guest.

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Head Chef to plan, prepare, and present innovative brunch dishesContribute to menu development with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavorsEnsure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistencyCollaborate with the team to maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environmentSupport in training and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, ideally in a brunch-focused or café settingA passion for creating brunch dishes that are both flavorful and health-consciousStrong knowledge of ingredient sourcing, food safety, and kitchen best practicesTeam-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingCreativity, dedication to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
