Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to plan, prepare, and present innovative brunch dishes
  • Contribute to menu development with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavors
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment
  • Support in training and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, ideally in a brunch-focused or café setting
  • A passion for creating brunch dishes that are both flavorful and health-conscious
  • Strong knowledge of ingredient sourcing, food safety, and kitchen best practices
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Creativity, dedication to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
