Augmentive Business 7 Solutionsis seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead ourclient's talent acquisition efforts ensuring attract andhire top talent. This role involves managing the full recruitmentlife cycle developing sourcing strategies and building strongrelationships with hiring managers and candidates. The idealcandidate will have to excel in individual contributions and teammanagement possess strong data and Excel skills and havesignificant experience in nontechnical hiring and leadershiproles.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisitionstrategies.
Manage the endtoend nontechnical recruitmentprocess.
Lead and mentor a team ofrecruiters.
Utilize various sourcing methods to build astrong candidate pipeline.
Partner with hiring managersto understand staffing needs.
Ensure compliance withemployment laws and regulations.
Utilize data analysisand Google Sheets to track recruitment metrics andproductivity.
Handson experience in Naukri and LinkedInis a must.
Must be capable of handling aggressivetargets dynamic environments and solving hiringchallenges.
Qualifications
Graduation is mandatory; a degree in HR BusinessAdministration or a related field is preferred.
4 yearsof talent acquisition experience with 1 years in a managerialrole.
Experience in nontechnical hiring and leadershiproles.
Strong communication data analysis and Excelskills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices andtools.
Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week(Monday Saturday).
PreferredSkills
Experience in bulk hiring teamhandling
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems(ATS) and HR software
