Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing team and drive our brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and boosts sales.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency and enhance brand equity.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG sector.
Skills :
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
