As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell the company's products or services to prospective clients. You'll be an integral part of the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs properly.
- Gather and build upon excellent project and industry knowledge.
- Learn customers’ needs and wants and personalize purchase opportunities to address them.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos on projects and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/ satisfaction.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers.
- Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals and objectives.
- Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment.
- Follow the company processes and procedures in relation to lead management and reporting.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
- Motivate team members.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Work on sales scripts with the team
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Prepare and present reports to the management.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Assist in recruiting and training of new sales team members.
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience- 1+ years
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Skills:
Required Candidate profile.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field will be advantageous.
- 1+ years of Experience in Real Estate sales (preferred)
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a Sales role
- Experience in Real estate or related industries
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and/or Kannada
- Should have a valid driving license and a two/ four-wheeler.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner who has a strong passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Skilled in delivering attractive presentations.
