Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Udaipur. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support, and resolving issues effectively. Responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, analyzing customer feedback and metrics, and developing strategies to enhance customer service. The role requires maintaining a high level of communication and problem-solving skills to provide top-notch service.

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve service performance
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
